NOTICE TO PRSI MEMBERS
IRS Forms 1099 Issued

The Receiver has recently issued IRS forms 1099 to members of PRSI who received payments of money from PRSI during 1999. The information appearing on the forms1099 came directly from the records of PRSI. The Receiver cannot provide tax advice to anyone who received a form; therefore, if you have questions about the form, please consult your tax adviser or the IRS directly.

Unfortunately, the issuance of the 1099s was delayed due to the unavailability of certain records seized pursuant to a search warrant issued by the Court.
