The Receiver continues to receive numerous E-Mails and telephone calls from customers of PRSI asking what is happening with PRSI and how they can receive a refund of their $295.

The Receiver has received several proposals from Internet technology providers to produce a SOHO similar to the one promised by PRSI. The Receiver is reviewing those proposals and is negotiating with a company to provide services that will comply with his needs. The Receiver anticipates bringing this matter before the Court in the next 10 days. When further details are available they will appear at www.prsiinc.com.

All PRSI customers will be contacted to determine if they wish to accept or reject the proposal of a new provider.

Those who elect not to accept the program offered by the new provider will continue in their current position as a creditor of PRSI.

No refunds are being made by the Receiver!! That issue will not be addressed until the conclusion of the pending litigation between the Florida Attorney General’s office and the defendants.
